Some places have an abundance of fascinating available detail and these can rapidly produce an interesting report. Other locations have left a smaller documentary trail and a quick search will reveal much less. For all projects I try to generate a satisfying collection of material within the allotted time.

At present there is a gap in the available online documentation from the 1950s to the very recent past. That does not mean that there's nothing available - some trades & street directories covering the 1950s and later can be found, but few newspapers have been scanned this recently. Copyright restrictions - the 50 year period - can limit what has been uploaded on other websites.
